Reason:
The StoreJet Cloud supports multiple file formats for internal file / folder names. However, the range of file name formats supported by Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer is limited.
Therefore, if you upload files via FTP using Internet Explorer/ Windows Explorer, there's a chance the file names would become garbled.
Solution:
We recommend using a dedicated program for file uploading via FTP, such as Filezilla.
